Our first session will be about getting to know one another and promoting clarity and understanding of your struggles and goals. From there, we will continue to build a warm, genuine relationship, refine our goals, track our progress, and move toward balance, self-compassion, and flexibility of thought and feeling. 

We will collaborate on establishing root causes of conflicts, promote more effective ways to communicate, repair ruptures, and rebuild friendship and intimacy. A main goal is the restoration of safety, trust, and security within the relationship. I believe a strong friendship is the beating heart of a healthy partnership or marriage.

I offer Walk & Talk sessions on Fridays, from 7am-11am. We will meet at 1032 S. Alamo St. and walk the historic King William Neighborhood and along the San Antonio River. You can expect a peaceful walk paired with an impactful counseling session. 

Explanation of Fees:

Private Pay/Self-Pay sessions are $150 per 55-minute session. Couples sessions are $175 per 55-minute session. During intake, you will be asked to add a credit/debit to your client profile. After your sessions ends, your credit/debit card will be charged.

I currently accept United Healthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shield. I am in the processing of accepting Aetna insurance at this time.

If you are out of network, I would be glad to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. It is wise to check with your insurance company prior to therapy to see if they will reimburse you.

I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots (private/self-pay) based on need and availability. Please contact me for additional details.
